The software provides for indexing on title, keywords data and user defined Indexes for folders and documents. The user-defined indexes support indexing on date, string number fields.

Documents can be searchable / Can be queried on Selected keywords. It can be customized as per client requirements.

The software is capable of storing images into distributed volumes on a network in different kinds of media like hard disk, optical disks, CD and CD jukeboxes. It also supports export / import one or more documents in TIFF format selectively or in full.

It prints documents on any printer supported by windows.
Its also possible to log various operations performed by any user.

The software has customised report generation facility. The report criteria can be on specified indexes.

The Security of the application can be maintained at server level by an administrator.
