This
application is for automating the process of staffing.
The basic functionality of staff consultancy is to get
resumes, search for the clients, get requirement for
the client, forward resumes to the client and so on.
The
over all process of the CVM would be as under:
HR
gets the resume and updates that in the system. Marketing
person updates the client master details in the system.
Marketing
person communicates with the client (phone / e-mail
/ person). The
calling details enter in the system by the marketing
person.
Client may give requirement details to the marketing
person. The marketing person updates the requirement
details in the system.
The
HR does head-hunt for the client requirement. The HR
forwards the resumes to the client. After
receiving the resumes, the client will do the processing
of the candidate and sends
back to result of candidate to HR. The HR updates the
result in the system.
